Hello there! I can’t believe it’s Friday already! Where does the time go? Seriously the weeks are flying by and although I love when the weekends roll around, I also find myself sad that another week is done and gone! Henry is still little but getting bigger so quickly and I just wish it wouldn’t go by in such a flash! Speaking of time flying, I can’t believe that it’s been 6 months since Amanda and I hosted our first Be Crafty event together here in Arizona! Seeing this darling scrapbook page that she created about that day makes me so giddy and excited for her to come again next month!! Hi Friends, it’s finally friday. YAY!! I am excited to be here today sharing a layout using Maggie’s new Confetti collection. I have been saving some of my favorite photos for this collection.
This page is 8.5×7 , which will fit perfectly inside my binder (pictured below).
I recently found an old gold binder that I once used as a planner. The inside cover paper was ripped so I decided to alter it and dress it up a bit. Using adhesive I covered it with polka dot paper giving it fresh new look. You can see the difference from the front to the back.
On the top of the page I used my typewriter marking the date and location.
Don’t you just love those tickets? I cut them from the 12×12 ticket patterned paper and cut the top sides at an angle to make them look like they were on a roll.
I can’t wait to fill this once unused binder with pages full of pretty papers from the new Confetti collection!
