Recreating the wheel is definitely not something you need to do when you are scrapbooking or making cards! All too often I think we fall into the trap of thinking we have to do something totally different every single time we sit down to make a page or card. But in all reality, it’s absolutely OK to stick with a style you love and even use previous designs or layouts as a framework or “sketch” for another project! It takes the frustration out of the process and also allows you the freedom to stick with designs you’ve tried before and love! It’s in the choosing of your products that your page or card will turn out looking very different and unique anyway! For example, Jessy used the same basic design or “sketch” to create both of her cards below, but they feel very different in the end.
