Hi there! Jessy has WOWED me again with her amazing use of the Silhouette Cameo and my Open Book collection in creating a custom background for a scrapbook layout. This time she cut a fun triangle design and then positioned the pieces she chose from the paper below strategically so they would show through in the spaces where she wanted them. Today I will be sharing with you on how I used this beautiful paper called Bookmark in the Open Book collection on my layout. I absolutely love the words on this paper! So I decided to use these words: The perfect day, Beautiful & Story Teller as part of my background. First, I cut out a triangle design on the background cardstock with my silhouette cameo. Then, I positioned the patterned paper behind the cut lines. Next, I traced the lines so I could hand-cut the words/patterns.
