Hi there! Today we are doing a Studio Calico blog hop in honor of their new CHA releases! Not only do I get to share a layout I created with the new products but I'm hosting a giveaway as well! So fun!! Here's my layout….. I paired the Countryside collection with a deep pink cardstock from American Crafts and I love how well the Studio Calico colors pop against this background! I misted it just a bit first with Mister Huey's Calico White and then Maya Road Silver Plated on top of that, to soften it a little. The butterflies were made using the Martha Stewart 3 in 1 Classic Butterfly Punch and the packaging from the new wood veneer pieces. When I notice an awesome pattern that has been used in the packaging, you can bet that I am going to save it so I can cut it up or punch it and use it on some layouts!! It's like […]
