Last month I taught at SCRAPFEST at the Mall of America. It was my first time attending this event and I have to say that it was one of the most fun events ever! I loved that it was set up right in the middle of the most AMAZING mall ever! The hustle and bustle definitely added to the excitment! Spreading out one of my class kits before it started…. a mix of Studio Calico, Crate Paper and American Crafts. Teaching the make & take in the middle of the mall…. This was the mess on the floor behind our booth! We had trouble finding our garbage cans the first day! Haha! Ended each night with a shuttle back to the hotel with my cute friend Elizabeth Kartchner aka Dear Lizzy….. also included lots of laughs and long chats! Did a little shopping and I mean very LITTLe shopping! Even though we were at the Mall of America there just wasn’t time for it unfortunately! This was an amazing shop called Typo.
