Hi friends! We have a gorgeous new scrapbook page to inspire you today from design team member, Kim! When you read below about her process, you’ll find that her original plan for this layout was different and at first she felt that the background came out not quite right for her page. But she decided to go with it and use it anyway, and what she ended up with is absolutely stunning! This page is so beautiful and I can’t imagine if she had tossed this background and started over!! It just goes to show that when you are creating scrapbook pages or any type of art, the “mistakes” or “accidents” often end up to be better than the original ideas we had in our heads! So it’s a reminder to me, to follow the flow of the creative process and work with things even if they don’t go exactly as planned! Save the original idea for later and go with what is happening in front of you!
