We are continuing with the theme of DIY holiday gift wrap today! I don’t know about you but I really can’t get enough of seeing all the pretty packages this time of year! I especially love seeing all the different styles and ways that others decorate their gifts! Kim’s project today is inspiring to me in so many ways! I love her color combo and mixing of copper, gold and silver. I also love the cute glittered trees she made! You really can use things you have on hand and you don’t have to go out and buy brand new gift tags or bows! With a little imagination you can turn regular scrapbooking paper into gorgeous holiday packaging materials! I remember as a kid I used to love using the comics and newspaper to wrap gifts in. It was just something about using an item that wasn’t meant for that purpose. Even today I love decorating a simple box for gifts. I think I may have stacks of empty boxes just waiting to be decorated somehow. I like to paint them, decoupage and wrap them.
