Some are premade and then they also sell the individual elements separately so you can customize and build your own! They are perfect for parties, gifts and celebrations! It would take a long time to do this on your own and I love that the hard work is already done for you! Emily recently started a dancing/singing class and it is the highlight of her week! Each Tuesday she gets on her "dancing outfit" first thing in the morning and asks me if it is time to go about every 5 minutes!
