Everybody loves summertime! It’s great to have less of a schedule and more freedom to do different things than we normally do during the school year. But it’s true that some days you just can’t do enough to keep the kiddos entertained! There are times when they are bored and going stir crazy by 11am!! It’s those days when this project that Stephanie came up with is the perfect solution! She has put together some darling and easy DIY decorative notebooks that can be turned over to the kids to use for coloring, writing stories, etc. I just love any activity that sparks their little creative minds and this is perfect for that! We love summer around here! It’s a time for relaxing, playing and just “being”. Both of my kids do pretty well playing together or by themselves, but we still have those occasional “I’m bored” moments during the long, hot days.
