Now that my new Confetti collection has made it into the hands of my design team, I am LOVING seeing the projects that they are creating with it! Everyone seems to be especially loving the pretty florals and leaves in the ephemera pack. If you are like me, you can never get enough floral pieces to use on your projects! Am I right? Kim has wowed me again with her use of the Silhouette Cameo to cut out pretty things for her pages. Today she is sharing with us a FREE cut file that she created so you can use it too!! Be sure to comment and give her some love and thanks for sharing this with us today!! We want her to know how thankful we are for her generosity and talents!!
Hi guys, today I’m sharing a pretty spring layout using some of the die cuts from the confetti collection. Show me a collection and I’ll find flowers anywhere! This collection is the best and full of floral papers and paper ephemera to layer and add to your pages!
I created a little floral frame cut file and hadn’t been able to use it until now. I though how pretty would that be to surround the frame with pretty leaves and watercolored pieces. I work best from using old scraps so I painted a few leaves I had laying around and layered them along with others from the collection.
Once I finished, I painted a light wash of grey watercolor around the edges of the layered pieces and framed photo. Spring is my favorite time of year because it’s the season of flowers! Happy spring everyone!
You guys! Kim is sharing this lovely floral frame cut file with us today as a FREE download!! Just pull it into your Silhouette software, trace the image and cut it out!! Kim said that it is a very delicate cut but it is soooo pretty when it comes out good!! She suggests that it’s best to use a good 90lb watercolor paper or something pretty thick for best results! Thank you for sharing this free cut file Kim!!
