Simple & Cute Handmade Cards

Hello there! Are you a card maker? I have a lot of friends that don’t do much scrapbooking, but they love to make handmade cards. If jumping into scrapbooking seems like a big commitment, making cards is definitely an approachable and less intimidating way to use your creativity in the paper crafting world. There are so many cute supplies and I find that lots of people like to use the pretty papers and stickers but scrapbooking as an ongoing hobby is not for them. So they make cards! It’s a great way to use those fun supplies and products that we all want to buy and it’s also a wonderful creative outlet! You can even make cards in a very simple way, like Jessy is showing us today — using only 3 products! You don’t need a craft room full of supplies to make darling handmade cards that your recipients will love and appreciate! Keep reading for Jessy’s easy DIY!

Creating handmade gift cards is always a fun thing to do! I love the personal touches each card will bring to the receiver. What’s more? These cards are really simple to create, and I only used 3 products.

I began with a white base for each card. The backgrounds were then picked from the ephemera pack. Once the background was adhered to the base, I stuck the gold foil sticker in the middle of the card and completed it with a sentiment. Easy peasy and yet they look so classy!

I am so in love with the embellishments in the Gather collection. So many textures and beautiful designs to choose from!
