Pumpkin Patch

Here are a few photos from our trip to the pumpkin patch. I have a bunch more but haven’t edited them yet so I will probably share more later.

We were searching for a pumpkin patch the other day and when we finally pulled up to this one, it looked like just a little area with some hay and pumpkins set up where you could go in and buy pumpkins. But then we went in and found that it was an actual farm and they had all kinds of things going on further back on the property. They had a whole field of pumpkins where the kids could go and choose their own. Then they had a hay maze and an area where you could go look at the animals – pigs, goats, cows, etc. They also had a hay ride and tables where the kids could decorate their pumpkins! They had a little log house that the kids could play in and there were lots of great photo spots. It turned out to be just what I was hoping for! And we got there as the sun was starting to set so the field of pumpkins looked so awesome with all that warm light.

If you live here in Arizona, it is on Baseline, just between Cooper and Gilbert. It is awesome so be sure to take your kids there!! You won’t be disappointed!

great shots maggie! sounds just like that pumpkin patch that i like to take my girls to here. it’s on a farm too … they have the little animal petting area, a hay ride, a tractor ride, and other fun little things. i’m not a fan of the huge pumpkin patches we have around here … too many people and not enough photo ops.
the pumpkin patch is one of my favorite times of the year to get some great pictures. which reminds me i better make sure my girls have some pumpkin patch clothes that will be the perfect colors for pics! lol!

    Such great photos, Maggie.
I had to chuckle when I saw your boys were wearing shorts in the Patch. I don’t think that has ever been the case here in Wisconsin. I have some great photos of the kids in their winter coats w/ the snow a-blowin’ all around them & the pumpkins, but never in shorts. 🙂
