Pretty Package DIY

Amanda is the queen of sending beautiful handmade packages and she does it again with today’s project! I love that every single element feels thought out and intentional and it doesn’t feel like something she threw together at the last second! I know that receiving this lovely package would make anyone feel super loved and special!!

Hi Friends and Happy Tuesday!! Lately I have been really crushing on the colors green, coral and pinks. And I don’t think you can ever have enough gold mixed into your projects. Today I picked out a few of my favorite green products from the Styleboard collection to make a fun gift package design.

I used the bow die cut and created a gold bow out of fabric. I just love these bows and find myself adding them to all my projects.

Instead of adding a note inside my gift I typed a personalized message and added it to a frame. I layered a piece of velum to the top of the typed message as I didn’t want the bold black type to take away from the actual design of the package. By adding the velum it softens the typed note.

IΒ alsoΒ brought the embossing tool out and added embossed gold hearts to the bottom of my frame using the roller stamp in the styleboard collection.

For an extra fun surprise I added pattern paper inside the box and to the top cover!

Making pretty packages is my favorite. I hope this project has inspired you today!!!
