On a more personal note, we had a great Thanksgiving, got the house all decorated for Christmas and now we just need to finish up the shopping! I can’t believe that it is December already!
My sister-in-law and her family loved their photos! All of their prints and enlargements got here yesterday and when I delivered them to her she was in tears! She got 6 huge metal tin frames and ordered a 12×12 headshot of each of her kids to put in them. We hung them in her main hallway that is right off her entry and it looks so nice! It really felt good that they were so happy with their photos and that I was able to capture something that is so meaningful to them!
And it made me realize why I love photography so much. I enjoy the actual taking of the pictures and all that a lot but it is so satisfying to deliver the final product and see the looks on their faces! It is really so rewarding!! I love it!!
I did a newborn shoot right after Thanksgiving that I am proofing now. Another beautiful family and an adorable baby! I can’t wait for them to see the proofs! I will share them soon!!!
