Hello! We are wrapping up a busy (and in lots of ways stressful) week around here and I couldn’t help but smile when I saw Amanda’s project for the blog today! These photos from her latest Be Crafty Workshop are so dreamy! I love that she kept it quick and simple by using the 6×8 pocket pages. This system really makes scrapbooking easy and you can create pages in no time! A lot of people use the Project Life system & products to take daily or weekly photos and keep very detailed albums. However, you don’t have to even worry about having a schedule or being that consistent with it. You can use this type of album and just add to it whenever you want. It makes for a very cute scrapbook album that you can work on here and there when you have little chunks of time! Read on to see how Amanda created these darling pages!!
Hi Friends! Hope you are having a great summer. I don’t know about you, but during the summer months I always feel behind when it comes to scrapbooking + journaling. I had big plans to make a mini album with this grouping of photos, but I honestly just haven’t had time. That’s what I love about pocket scrapbooking though. It’s quick and easy!! I can still go back and make a mini album, plus have a set of these photos in my pocket binder as well!
One of my favorite papers in the confetti collection is the black polka dots. I love that they aren’t perfect dots.
I have been having fun playing with my new fuse tool. Have you seen this?? It’s like magic to the pocket, sealing your pocket together with heat. I sealed the top to keep all the glitter inside .
On the solid black pieces of paper I used my new typewriter that has white ink to journal a few new notes. I have been having so much fun using the white ink with the black paper and embelishments.
Thanks for joining me today. I hope this inspires you to do some pocket scrapbooking when life gets a little busy and you aren’t able to do full layouts or mini albums!
