Fashion File Challenge Week #6

Brown_jacketSo here is this week’s fashion file challenge. Thanks to Robyn for picking out a great piece! I just loved the colors in this jacket. Some people see the lining as green but I see it as a cool funky yellow color so that is what I went with. lol!
This picture was taken at the MM retreat that we had in Park City in 2004. I have been wanting to scrap some of the photos but just haven’t gotten to it. Erin has been such a good friend – listening and chatting and being there for me through email – so I was inspired to create a layout about that. I think it is so cool that this hobby of mine has led to so many fun and great friendships that I never would have made otherwise!
I used a MM metal flower charm to dry emboss the flowers on the yellow paper. Then I used a mix of letter stickers and rub-ons for the title (KI and Scrapworks). A detailed list of all the supplies is on 2peas.
Thanks to all of you who are joining in on this – it is so fun to see your layouts!!

LOVE IT!!! But what’s new there.
And I told you once you started dry embossing (way back when) that it would become addicting. It is huh? lol And you do it so well, my friend.
I want to participate in one of these challenges when I can. Maybe I’ll be on the hunt for a fun inspiration piece for you guys to do next? 🙂
