DIY >> Cute Holiday Gift Tags

If you are looking for ideas for cute DIY Holiday gift tags, this is the post for you! Amanda is showing us how to use cupcake wrappers, die cuts and bows to embellish your tags and I think they are just darling!! I also LOVE her fabric wrapped candy canes!! How cute and easy is that little trick!?! I am definitely making those too!! Tutorial for fabric wrapped candy canes on Amanda’s blog here.

Hi Friends! Can you believe we are just over a week before Christmas!! Do you have all your gifts wrapped yet?? I have a few left and I am excited to use these cute tags I am sharing with you today!

I just love how Maggie’s papers are so versatile. Using the deer silhouette die cut, a few cupcake liners and glitter string I began layering them together to create a quick yet super cute gift tag.

tags2To create the tag, I simply traced a tag shape onto my pattern paper and then cut it out using scissors. If you’re worried about straight lines you can use your paper cutter. Using staples, hot glue (be easy on me … I’m still getting used to my roller tape) I adhered the layers together.

tags3I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and I can’t wait to see you back here in 2015!!!!

Happy Tuesday!

I’m so in love with the deer silhouette – used it for almost every single one of the 52 Christmas cards I created this year ^^ Just in case you’re curious: https://ninasays.wordpress.com/2014/12/27/winter-wonderland/
