Hello there! Hope you are all having a great week!! Today we have a darling DIY packaging post for you from design team member Jessy. I love the way she used this floral paper in a bold way – making her gift wrap really pop! Black and White is always a safe and very classic way to go when choosing colors for any projects. Then you can follow Jessy’s lead and bring in just a few colors to bring it all to life!
Personalized gift wrapping or packaging to friends and family can be very fun! Also simple & nice wrapping can be very pretty. Most importantly, the receiver will feel extra special! Today I am showing you how I made some pretty DIY gift wrap using just a few supplies.
To begin, I used one of the polkadot tissue papers that I have in my stash. Once the wrapping was done, I decided to use this Sizzix flower die-cut with the beautiful black floral patterned paper. I love how the contrast against the flower turned out on the polkadot tissue. They were made for each other!
To add interest to the die-cut flower, I added a bright pink tiny paper flower in the middle. It looked perfect now! To complete the wrapping, I added the white doily at the bottom of the die-cut flower. Then I topped it off by layering the gold foil rose vellum with a pink-fringed patterned paper and finished off with some stickers.
